E-STATEMENTS: SWITCH TO WIN CONTEST
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Nebraska State Bank & Trust Company (“Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. CT on 11/02/2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on 01/29/2027 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time‑keeping device.
3. How to Enter
A. Automatic Entry (Account Action)
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible customers will receive one (1) entry by enrolling in electronic statements (“e‑statements”) for an eligible checking, savings, certificate of deposit, loan, money market, safe deposit box or other account. Customer will receive one (1) entry per account that is enrolled in e-statements. Customer will be considered ineligible if they dis-enroll their account(s), transferring back to paper statements during the contest period. Enrollment in e-statement does not increase chances of winning.
B. Mail‑In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without enrolling in e‑statements, hand‑print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3"x5" postcard and mail it in a sealed, stamped envelope to:

Mail‑in entries must be received by January 27, 2027. Each postcard constitutes one (1) entry. Limit one mail‑in entry per person.
4. Winner Selection & Odds
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries during the campaign on the dates as follows: 11/20/2026, 12/04/2026, 12/18/2026, 12/30/2026, 01/15/2027, 01/29/2026. If an entrant does not win on any given drawing day, their entr(ies) stay in the pool of eligible entries until the end of the contest unless the entr(ies) become disqualified from the contest as described above. If an entrant wins one time, they will be removed from the drawing pool for the remainder of the contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Prizes
Winners will receive $50 cash.
Prize is non‑transferable and no substitution is permitted except by Sponsor if the prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Notification
Winner(s) will be notified by one of the following methods: phone/email/mail, within three (3) days of the drawing. Winner(s) may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) within three (3) days. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. Privacy
Information collected is subject to Nebraska State Bank & Trust Company’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.nesb.bank/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/PrivacyNotice.pdf. Entry does not alter any existing customer privacy preferences.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical problems compromise its integrity.
10. Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Nebraska State Bank & Trust Company, Member FDIC, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability related to participation or prize receipt/use.
