NSB is rolling out new contactless (tap) cards to all our customers. To get these out we are sending them out on the month (but not the year) of your card expiration. If you have any questions please call 308-872-2466 for more information.
Visit any NSB branch. Visa® debit cards can be instantly issued at both Broken Bow locations. Merna and Callaway branches can request one for you. All other Visa® debit cards will arrive by mail.

Your debit card may be declined due to insufficient funds. If you have sufficient funds in your account and your debit card has been declined, our debit card provider may have reason to put a temporary hold on your debit card due to suspicious activity.
