Before Travel:

• Call a Nebraska State Bank Representative at any of our branches to let us know you will be traveling internationally before you plan to leave.
• Memorize your Personal Identification Number (PIN) – never write your PIN on your card.
• Keep the lost/stolen customer service contact telephone number in a safe place (separate from your wallet or handbag) in the event you lose your card and you are unable to get a hold of the bank. The number for lost/stolen/compromised cards is 800-554-8969. Also be sure to let the bank know when you can get in contact with a representative.
